Quick coupling socket with valve DN7.8, with external BSPT thread or internal BSP thread, series 1625KA – belongs to the premium class with increased performance and features a shock-resistant plastic locking sleeve. Designed primarily for compressed air. The socket body is made of hardened steel through the carbonitriding process in a salt bath QPQ, enhancing resistance to wear and corrosion (black color). Operated with one hand. Safe operation of the coupling can only be guaranteed when used with plugs made of hardened steel (series 25KA). Performance: 2020 l/min (Pe = 6 bar, Δp=0.5 bar – air), 43.3 l/min (Δp=1 bar, Kv=2.6 – water). Working pressure: 35 bar. Material: hardened steel QPQ (socket body), PA6 + TPE (sleeve), nickel-plated brass (connection part), stainless steel (spring, balls, and ring). Sealing: NBR. Operating temperature: from -20°C to +40°C.
