ULVAC® hose for transporting sand, grain, granules, cement
Light and flexible rubber hose for suction and transport of sand, gravel, cement, and other abrasive materials. Also used in cleaning systems and removal of abrasive material after abrasive blasting. The inner layer is smooth, made of wear-resistant rubber with a thickness of 3 mm. The outer layer is corrugated, resistant to abrasion and weather conditions. Reinforced with a steel spiral, it is resistant to kinking and vacuum. Designed for both suction and pressure work. It features a copper anti-static wire for discharging electric charges. Inner layer: black or brown natural rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord, steel spiral. Outer layer: black NR/SBR rubber. Working pressure: from 2 bar to 3 bar – depending on the hose diameter. Vacuum: up to 0.9 bar. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +70°C.
