Dry ice blasting hose – granulated solid carbon dioxide. Dry ice cleaning is used for removing coatings, adhesives, residues, etc., in various industrial sectors. The advantages of the process include no damage to the cleaned surface, no aggressive chemicals, no water in the process (compared to high-pressure water cleaning), and no abrasive residue (compared to sandblasting). Dry ice (solid carbon dioxide) has a temperature of up to -78.5°C (melting point), in granulated form, and sublimates to gas during the process. The DRY ICE hose is specifically designed for the transport of dry ice. The inner layer is smooth, made of anti-static synthetic rubber resistant to abrasion and low temperatures. The outer layer is anti-static, abrasion-resistant, weather-resistant, and ozone-resistant. It is fitted with quick couplings and specialized dry ice cleaning guns.
