Lightweight, very flexible and bendable hose designed for the discharge of paint vapors, solvents, contaminated air, and dust in explosion hazard areas. Also used for air transmission in biogas plants. Permanently antistatic (R ≤10⁸ Ω), compliant with technical standard TRGS 727 and standard TRAS120 for biogas plants. Resistant to hydrolysis and biological corrosion. Maintains flexibility at low temperatures, flame-retardant – meets the requirements of standard DIN 4102 B1 regarding the fire properties of building materials. Other diameters in the range of 20 ÷ 800 mm available on special order. Chemical resistance check – chemical resistance table for PVC (preliminary selection), confirmation of resistance and application conditions – by Tubes International. Hose material: polyester fabric impregnated with black PVC. Wall thickness: 0.4 mm. Reinforcement: steel wire spiral. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +80°C.
