GRIPFLEX PE chemical fume and gas extraction hose
Lightweight, highly flexible and pliable, chemically resistant hose designed for the discharge of aggressive chemical vapors, gases, dust, and fibers. Mainly used in the chemical industry and, among others, in asbestos removal. Very good chemical resistance to solvents and other aggressive vapors. Resistant to hydrolysis and biological corrosion. Free from halogen compounds and plasticizers. Characterized by high compressibility – up to 1:8, strong construction, and impact resistance due to the external spiral. Also available with a stainless steel spiral (from a diameter of 80 mm). Hose installation on couplings with bridge clamps (left-handed). Chemical resistance verification – chemical resistance table for polyethylene (preliminary selection), confirmation of resistance and application conditions – by Tubes International. Standard length: from 2 to 10 m. Hose material: polyethylene fabric coated with polyethylene (PE). Reinforcement: external spiral made of galvanized steel wire and sheet. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +80°C.
