AC series SYNTESI® activated carbon filter, without end connections, is used for purifying compressed air from oil residues, solvents, and odors. Purification occurs as air flows through the porous granulate of activated carbon with high pollutant absorption. This is the most effective air purification method used in industrial pneumatic installations. The efficiency and lifespan of the filter element can be increased by preceding it with a fine filter (0.01µm) and a pre-filter (5µm). Size: SY1, SY2. Oil residue at 20°C: 0.003 mg/m³ – air purity class according to ISO 8573-1: 1-7-1 (with a pressure drop not exceeding 75 mbar). Filter element lifespan: 4000 hours (with a pressure drop not exceeding 75 mbar). Supply pressure: up to 15 bar – size SY1, up to 13 bar – size SY2. Operating temperature: from -10°C to +50°C. Condensate drain: manual / semi-automatic (RMSA). Recommended flow: 350 l/min – size SY1, 800 l/min – size SY2 (at a pressure of 6.3 bar).
