Symmetrical reduction (concentric reducer) for butt welding for pressure applications made from seamless pipes, compliant with standard EN 10253-2B (carbon steel). With material certificate EN 10204 3.1. Commonly used in the industry for the construction of installations and pipelines, as components of complete welded ends for metal and rubber hoses (welded with threaded and flanged ends) and other connections and fittings. Other sizes and materials are also available upon request, including reductions of more than two sizes DN and ASME reductions. Type B fittings (EN 10253-2B) have full pressure strength corresponding to a pipe of the same diameter D and wall thickness T. Other types of fittings for butt welding are available on special order: 45° and 180° elbows, eccentric reducers, tees, end caps. Material: carbon steel P235 GH. Working pressure: from 71 to 224 bar – depending on the diameter.
