High-quality, strong clamp with a hinged closure for heavy loads with turned-up edges of the band, recommended for securing thick-walled, reinforced industrial hoses and pipes. The unique design ensures uniform pressure around the entire circumference, providing optimal sealing. The movable bridge allows for multiple installations without the need to remove the hose. Manufactured in accordance with the RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC. Three-point welds on the band, a high-strength screw with a spacer along with securing half-rollers guarantee maximum and reliable pressure. The clamp features markings on the band for minimum and maximum diameter as well as the material from which it is made. The W4 version of the clamp is made entirely of stainless steel and is intended for demanding applications where high corrosion resistance is essential – for marine applications and in the food industry. Thanks to the hexagonal head of the screw, commonly used tools such as flat wrenches, socket wrenches, and adjustable wrenches can be used. Important! Exceeding the tightening torque value will cause the screw housing to bend; the use of pneumatic tools for installation is not recommended. The band and bridge are made of AISI 430 steel, while the screw and rollers are made of galvanized steel. The maximum working pressure of up to 45 bar depends on the type of hose and the diameter of the clamp.
